O’Connor Capital Partners is acquiring a conglomerate of four existing assets totaling 33,091sf of commercial space on 1.4acres in Watertown,MA. 

Given the location of the Portfolio and surrounding demographics, O’Connor believes that the highest and best use of the Portfolio is retail on the street-level and residential above.

We will continue to advance the business plan and the pre-development component of the project by working with our civil engineer, architect and zoning attorney to ultimately obtain site plan approval for the development.
