O’Connor is constructing a 142-unit transit oriented rental building with 6,400 sf of street level retail in Watertown, MA.  The 1.4-acre site is a redevelopment infill location on Main Street and will be construction to Passive House building standards.  The efficiently designed apartments include quality finishes and state-of-the-art systems.  Building amenities include a hotel lobby, a community room, coworking space, state-of-the-art fitness center, pet spa and numerous outdoor spaces include a public art walk.   The building will open in the Spring of 2026.
