O’Connor Capital Partners purchased 740 acres of Tupperware’s Orlando-area land holdings including 485 acres in Osceola County (primarily within the Osceola Corporate Campus near Kissimmee) and 255 acres in Orange County. The Osceola County portion encompassed the Transit-Oriented Development adjacent to the Tupperware SunRail station. Separately, O’Connor executed a sale-leaseback agreement for Tupperware’s 43-acre headquarters campus (eight buildings on Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee), later selling it while retaining surrounding development rights.
