O’Connor and Olshan Properties are working on pre-development plans for the construction of two affordable apartment buildings on the Northside of Parkchester adjacent to a new Metro North train station that is current under construction.  The transit-oriented development will bring new housing to a constrained area in the Bronx allowing easy access to Penn Station and Westchester/Connecticut communities.   The mixed-use development will offer parking to meet the needs of the community, retail and affordable apartments.
