The property was originally designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the architects behind Lever House and other notable mid-century buildings. O’Connor had the opportunity to acquire this iconic property for renovation and condominium conversion. Renovations to the building’s common areas included the construction of an Exhale Spa and Fitness Center, a Rooftop Clubroom, a Children’s Entertainment Center, Concierge Service, a fully renovated lobby, and a Sasaki-designed private garden.

Five hundred units were gut-renovated to include new windows, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring.
