A renovation of the Lumber Yard is underway to further enhance the guest experience. We are excited to welcome a flagship James Perse Home showroom. A brand with a passion for minimalist architecture influenced by warm west coast living and the casual clothing that’s inspired by it. We believe this lifestyle brand will be right at home at the Lumber Yard! In addition, we recently renewed long-term leases with guest favorites James Perse Boutique and Maxfield.

That’s not all…The Lumber Yard is undergoing a renovation of the outdoor environment, as well as numerous interior enhancements. We aim to capture Malibu’s casual coastal lifestyle and welcome guests with a beautifully-designed open common area, and we are making aesthetic upgrades including new seating, communal gathering areas and a different overall flow to the space. Exterior enhancements include new signage, updates to the building facades and enhanced curb appeal.
