Centro Las Americas is a Regional Fashion Mall and Power Center located in northeastern Mexico City’s greater metropolitan area.  The Fashion Mall, with close to 1 million square feet of GLA, is anchored by Liverpool and Sears Mexico department stores. It has a 14-screens Cinepolis movie theater complex, over 200 different retailers and a variety of casual restaurants.  The Power Center is anchored by a Walmart and Sam’s.  Centro Las Americas stands in the gateway to a densely populated housing community (over 13,000 homes) and its trade area has in excess of 1 million inhabitants.
