O’Connor is working on pre-development of a 175-unit workforce housing development with 6,000 sf of street level retail.   The development is a joint venture with Urban Farmers and the Riviera Beach Housing Authority.   The property is located adjacent to the Marina District where several new developments are planned along the intracoastal.  The affordable property will include market amenities including a generous lobby, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort style pool, clubroom and coworking areas.   The development will include a new 15,000 sf community center for the Alpha Organization which facilitates a number of community initiatives in the Riviera Beach Community.  Construction will commence in early summery 2026.
